Dr. Bianca Breiding, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

From a young age, I always wanted to work in the healthcare system, but I wasn’t sure in which capacity. I got introduced to naturopathic medicine after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in the Kinésiologie program at Laurentian University and instantly knew it was exactly what I was meant to do. From my experience of being put on the birth control pill at a very young age for my period cramps, to being told to stop eating bread as my only option for dealing with my digestive issues and being told to just go home and rest after getting a concussion, I knew there was a huge lack of education, investigation and resources received in my care and I wanted to change that for others. I wanted the ability to spend time with patients, validate their concerns and inspire them to make changes.

I therefore continued my education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and obtained my Doctor of Naturopathy Degree. Here I got to truly understand the impact that diet, lifestyle and stress can have on one’s mental, physical and emotional health. Everyone deserves to feel their best and I believe naturopathic medicine does a great job at increasing one’s quality of life. It is my mission to support, educate and empower patients to achieve their goals.

I have a special interest in menstrual concerns, digestive concerns, skin health and fatigue. I love taking a whole-body approach to investigate the root cause of concerns while also treating and managing one’s symptoms by creating individualized treatment plans using diet, supplements, lifestyle changes, stress management, botanicals and more.

When not seeing patients, you can find me playing sports, enjoying the outdoors or reading a good book!
