Dr. Ashley Stapleton, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

Before I became a naturopathic doctor, I earned my Bachelor of Science from UBC, worked as a tree planter in Northern BC, spent years in the customer service industry, and gave birth to my first child. I was drawn to the holistic approach to health and treatment. The focus is on optimal health, not just disease treatment. While studying at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, my family grew, and now I have the privilege of raising four wonderful kids. Managing family life and clinical practice has shaped me into a more empathetic and grounded practitioner, driven by a desire to support my community in a meaningful way.

I treat many different conditions, but I am particularly passionate about empowering women through education and support during pivotal stages of life, especially menopause. Our society often overlooks or trivializes this period, but I believe it is an opportunity for women to reclaim their power and health. I offer informed choices around hormone replacement therapy, supplementation, nutrition, and more, ensuring each individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to help women feel understood, validated, and empowered to thrive, not just survive, during this transformative time.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside whether near the ocean, in the mountains, or at a tastefully appointed café. I’m happiest when sharing delicious meals with loved ones, running on a trail with a good podcast, or dancing with my kids in my living room.
