Dr. Tracy-Lynn Reside, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

As a Naturopathic Doctor with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about helping women—especially mothers and female athletes—overcome their health challenges and build habits that lead to vibrant, fulfilling lives. While I focus on women’s health, I love treating whole families because I believe that when one family member thrives, everyone benefits.

I understand the pressures women face—from body image concerns to balancing family, work, and personal health—because I’ve been there too. As a mom in my 40s with two teenagers and a toddler, I’ve navigated the challenges of perimenopause and postpartum at the same time. Raising my children has deepened my commitment to supporting families, helping mothers prioritize their well-being so they can fully show up for their children and foster wellness across generations.

My mission is to empower women to break free from the stress, anxiety, and self-doubt that can weigh them down. Together, we’ll focus on mindset and lifestyle changes that not only improve your health but also uplift your entire family.

I believe in the power of naturopathic medicine to create lasting change by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health. Whether it’s helping an athlete optimize performance, guiding a woman through hormonal transitions, or supporting a family in finding balance, my goal is to help you live your healthiest, most fulfilling life.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that investing in our own health leads to healthier families and, ultimately, a better world. That’s why I’m passionate about not just treating illness but empowering my patients to thrive at every stage of life.

Let’s work together to create a life where you feel strong, balanced, and ready to embrace everything that comes your way.
