Dr. Nicole (Colie) Koehler, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

Colie completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Nutrition at the University of Waterloo. While in her undergraduate degree she did research on how exercise can impact blood sugar regulation. Her passion for wanting to help others lead her to become a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Her academic background in both movement science and nutrition laid a strong foundation for her holistic, evidence-based approach to patient care.

Growing up with a holistic view of health, Colie was always passionate about natural wellness, but she didn’t feel like herself although doctors said everything was “normal”. It wasn’t until she sought the guidance of a naturopathic doctor and functional medicine practitioner that she truly understood how to balance her body’s needs and optimize her overall well-being. This personal experience inspired her to help others find the missing pieces in their health puzzle through individualized, naturopathic and functional medicine strategies.

Colie has a special interest in treating women’s health and hormonal concerns including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and fertility care. She also has a passion for treating fatigue and nervous system dysregulation, as well as high-functioning anxiety and depression. Colie’s goal is to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve optimal health and thrive in every stage of life.

Outside of practice, Colie loves to try new food, read, travel, and spend quality time with friends and family. She also enjoys being active, whether it’s going to the gym, playing hockey, running/walking, or trying a new workout class.
